Donnybrook Pastorello is made from a blend of Cow and Ewes milk. It is a hand made cheese made traditional by the milker/farmer, hence the name Pastorello. Whilst the Ewes milk content will vary throughout the year the Pastorello has always been recognised for its piquant taste that comes with its maturity. Ideal for grating the Pastorello shaves nicely and makes a good addition to your next salad.
