PECORINO ROMANO

Donnybrook Pecorino Romano is a hard bitey cheese. Made from cow’s milk the texture and method is exactly the same as the Ewes milk variety, hence the term Pecorino-Romano. Matured for at least 12 months it makes the perfect table cheese and also excellent for grating.
